A Path to Leadership
Beginning as a Registered Nurse in critical care, Dawn developed confidence, critical thinking and solid judgment in times of crisis. As she expanded her leadership scope and accountabilities over the years, this foundation coupled with natural people skills, tenacity, and professionalism helped her to lead teams, departments and companies.
In the early years of leadership, Dawn reflected a personal mission as a servant leader, which helped to rapidly build trust and influence with teams. As her family grew, she completed graduate school, and advanced her position scope and responsibilities while focusing on results.
Following success at senior leadership roles, she began to consider the next phase, ultimately launching a business consultancy dedicated to helping businesses grow and achieve their vision. Dawn continues to deliver exceptional service value in strategic services, since early 2013.
